摘要: Turnaround time in port industry portrays the capability and ability of a container terminal providing shipping services. This study is motivated by rapid development ports to provide efficient effective services high productivity. The aim this research develop mathematical relationships between throughputs facilities. Presently, factors that influence performance terms turnaround are still debatable. proposes regression model relates Two Port Klang, i.e. Westport Northport, were selected as studied subjects from which actual vessel call data collected. A one - month used analysis. overall results showed highly correlated with crane allocation, number containers loaded discharged. relating these variables form multiple regression. benefits such include giving operators opportunity determine optimum allocation order achieve desired given quantity be processed.
