摘要: Nonalcoholic steatotic hepatitis (NASH), the most prevalent form of progressive liver disease in United States, is considered to be a manifestation insulin resistance syndrome. There increasing evidence that steatosis NASH result pathology fat metabolism occurring obesity and resistance. For progress necroinflammation fibrosis, however, theory mitochondrial oxidative-stress induced cellular damage receiving wide acceptance. Treatment approaches address these etiologies are reviewed: betaine, magnesium, vitamin E. (Altern Med Rev 2002;7(4):276-291)
