摘要: Matrix type transdermal films of donepezil (DNP) as an alternative delivery approach was designed to improve patient compliance Alzheimer disease treatment. Sodium alginate, a natural polysaccharide, used matrix-forming agent in the optimization films. Propylene glycol and dl-limonene added into plasticizer permeation enhancer, respectively. As well mechanical strength bioadhesiveness optimized DNP, impact concentration on DNP vitro across pig skin assessed. Attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) measurements were carried out examine effects enhancer conformational order stratum corneum intercellular lipids following study. Results showed that formulations suitable due both bioadhesive features In study indicated at 3% optimum with high drug flux. ATR-FTIR results confirmed more fluidized lipid state presence dl-limonene, indicating its enhancement effect. Regarding achieve therapeutic levels it seems be feasible deliver for management disease.
