摘要: Bone is a dynamic tissue that undergoes continuous remodeling. It goes through balanced process entails repeated cycles of bone resorption coupled with synthesis new matrix (Fig. 1). These remodeling are influenced by an individual’s age, endocrine and nutritional status, level physical activity. This ongoing turnover important for meeting the often conflicting need skeleton to maintain structural support body while also providing source ions mineral homeostasis. The maintenance skeletal mass in face requires coordinated activities osteoblasts osteoclasts, two cell types responsible formation (1) Advances our understanding precise mechanisms control cellular interactions these have provided insight into number diseases affecting skeleton. disorders characterized imbalance subsequent increase resorption, decreased mass, loss stability integrity. particularly true neoplastic diseases, which common human malignancies propensity spread skeleton, resulting significant morbidity mortality from destruction (2).
