摘要: Sheep red blood cells sensitized by 7S, but not 19S rabbit anti-Forssman antibodies, adhere and form rosettes on mouse macrophages a few monocytes polymorphonuclear (PMN). When, however, C' factors from serum are added to the antigen-19S antibody complex (EAC'), formed most peritoneal PMN monocytes. In addition EAC' also adheres 10-25% of lymph node lymphocytes thymus lymphocytes. prepared with 7S antibodies has identical properties. The adherence induces an increase in membrane activity leukocytes causes injury which rapidly become deformed fragmented. Adherence occurs at 37 degrees C is minimal 4 C. Probably only first four components involved this phenomenon as deficient C'5 or serum, C'6 can be used source components. Treatment EDTA does modify its leukocyte-adherence inhibited presence serum. receptors for macrophages, PMN, differ those found Rosette formation depends divalent cations (Mg(++)) reversed Na(3)H EDTA, while independent these ions 0.01 M EDTA. Both types destroyed trypsin treatment leukocytes, contrast same persist after enzyme treatment.
