摘要: Human monocytes, macrophages, and certain lymphocytes bind firmly to red cells coated with immunoglobulin G, whether or not it is acting as antibody. Monocyte binding specific for G inhibited specifically by this its Fc-fragment in solution. Although involving serum complement usually a prelude erythrophagocytosis, causes rapid morphological injury cells, manifested their sphering, increased osmotic fragility, deformation, fragmentation. It inferred that mononuclear have surface receptors these provide critical phase of the mechanism vivo, whereby other particles antibody are apprehended destroyed.
