摘要: The mononuclear phagocytes comprise a widely distributed and morphologically heterogeneous cell system. Originating from bone marrow stem cells, through the stages of monoblasts promonocytes, these cells mature into monocytes which are released blood. After few days in circulation, migrate tissues to form macrophages lungs, liver, spleen, lymphoid organs, pleural peritoneal cavities, bones, etc. Here, further differentiation takes place according their specific functions various tissues. In general, large with high phagocytic protein-synthesizing capacity but low self-replicating ability.
