摘要: Abstract 2-Butylamino-2-demethoxy-hypocrellin A (BAHA) and B (BAHB) are new photosensitizers synthesized by a mild reaction of hypocrellins butylamine. In BAHA BAHB, the peri-hydroxylated perylenequinone structure parent is preserved red absorption enhanced distinctly. Electron paramagnetic resonance spin trapping measurements 9,10-diphenylanthracene bleaching studies were used to investigate photodynamic action BAHB in presence oxygen. Singlet oxygen ( 1 O 2 ) superoxide anion radical (O ⋅− produced illuminating aerobic solution have been observed. Compared with hypocrellin B, primarily remained able generate distinctly -generating abilities. The therapy cancer was investigated vitro vivo. Both vivo results revealed significant decrease cell growth. Laser or dye alone had no effect, indicating that intratumor laser may prove useful unresectable cancer.
