摘要: The mycolyl transferase antigen 85 complex is a major secreted protein family from mycobacterial culture filtrate, demonstrating powerful T cell stimulatory properties in most HIV-negative, tuberculin-positive volunteers with latent M.tuberculosis infection and only weak responses HIV-negative tuberculosis patients. Here, we have analyzed reactivity against PPD Ag85 HIV-infected individuals, without or clinical symptoms of tuberculosis, AIDS patients disease caused by nontuberculous mycobacteria. Whereas to were not significantly different HIV-positive volunteers, decreased the (CDC-A CDC-B) group. Tuberculosis demonstrated low Ag85, irrespective HIV infection, finally suffering NTM infections completely nonreactive Ag85. A one-year follow-up twelve individuals indicated developing highlighting protective potential this antigen.
