Portal vein thrombosis as the first sign of nephrotic syndrome

摘要: Venous thrombosis is a common complication of nephrotic syndrome, and most often occurs in the renal veins or lower limbs. Portal vein quite uncommon patients with usually only during treatment recurrence condition. In this Case Study, Sun Xu present 52-year-old man whom portal was first sign syndrome. Background A presented to hospital having experienced abdominal pain, distention oliguria for 1 week. An CT scan revealed superior mesenteric right branch trunk vein. Investigations Physical examination, blood urine analyses, color Doppler ultrasonography scan. Diagnosis Nephrotic syndrome complicated by thrombosis. Management Treatment batroxobin, low-molecular-weight heparin, prostaglandin E, dipyridamole methylprednisolone.
