摘要: Nestedness represents the degree to which species assemblages are proper subsets of larger assemblages. Highly nested characterized by a high number conforming subset pattern and low depart from pattern, that is, idiosyncratic species. The main aims this paper were (i) examine whether local stream habitat factors spatial variables govern diatom at sites, (ii) differ in ecological characteristics, (iii) study if these distinctions have implications for turnover communities. Stream communities showed highly significant with observed matrix temperature 28.4 °C. However, was high, constituting 44% total survey. sites not related any measured or geographical location sampling sites. Idiosyncratic significantly (ANOVA: P=0.002) more widely distributed than Partial mantel tests exhibited faster along environmental distance These data although nestedness significant, nevertheless departing pattern. It seems compositional is dominated suggesting diversity diatoms may be governed distribution
