摘要: This cross-sectional study was performed in 2011 and included 4619 Brazilian adolescents (14–19 years old) to analyze the association between elevated resting heart rate (RHR) cardiovascular risk factors boys girls. RHR blood pressure were measured using an oscillometric monitor. Overweight assessed by body mass index abdominal obesity waist circumference. Physical activity levels sedentary behaviors obtained a questionnaire. The effect of clustering on analyzed. For boys, (b = 0.106, p = 0.003), high behavior (b = 0.099, b < 0.001), physical inactivity (b = 0.049, p = 0.034), (b = 0.160, p < 0.001) associated with RHR, whereas for girls, only (b = 0.259, p < 0.001), after adjustment age, period day, other factors. Boys five presented significantly higher (p < 0.05) values (82.5 ± 13.4 beats min−1) than those without any (68.8 ± 10.4 beats min−1). girls mean value 89.8 ± 9.9 beats min−1 that who had no (79.6 ± 10.9 beats min−1). Conclusions: Our demonstrated while both sexes, amplified elevation gender-dependent fashion.
