摘要: The in vitro mineralization of predentin (PD) and the organic component dentin (OD) has been studied a supersaturated solution calcium phosphate at 37 C pH = 7.4 total concentrations close to those vivo. OD can be divided into least three periods based upon morphology specific surface area mineral phase formed. Dissolution newly precipitated on revealed stoichiometry that for octacalcium phosphate. In contrast, PD was ineffective as crystal nucleator. inorganic (ID) whole (D) also examined.
