摘要: Studies by optical microscopy, microradiography and SEM suggested that sclerosis is the result of occlusion dentinal tubules a mineral substance with refractive index similar to rest dentine. Translucence appeared before majority were completely occluded. The deposition occluding took place initially in individual or groups tubules. material peritubular dentine almost indistinguishable under SEM.
