摘要: The study comprises 27 operated patients with similar burns. Fifteen donor sites treated Acticoat (Smith & Nephew) and 12 Allevyn have been analyzed respect to epithelization time, antibacterial effect, ease of dressing change, pain, pharmacologic cost-effective characteristics. All after the reepithelization were evaluated using Vancouver Scar Scale for assessment scars at fourth, eighth, 12th weeks. obtained results demonstrate statistically significant faster (P = 0.012 on eighth day P 0.0081 10th day) better comfort patient 0.05) there is no difference in application Allevyn. shows > both There considerable cost treatment between dressings. determine dressings as suitable sites. If a possibility choice, preferable.
