摘要: There are fundamental differences between acute wounds that proceed to uncomplicated healing and those become chronic wounds. Non-healing or can result from a combination of overlapping factors prevent healing, including local tissue ischemia, repetitive trauma ischemia/reperfusion injury, presence necrosis, impaired cellular systemic host response stress, critical bacterial contamination. The burden in the wound contributes sustained inflammatory state, which inhibits normal progression proliferative phase thereby preventing restoration integrity. Appropriate bed preparation removes barriers optimizes environment achieve healing. It is an essential element management advances endogenous as well efficacy topical other therapy. This article will summarize systematic approach using "TIME" principle, highlight important care.
