摘要: Croton zehntneri Pax. & K. Hoffm. (Euphorbiaceae) is an aromatic plant native of the northeaster region Brazil; and popularly known as “canela de cunha”. The chemical composition essential oils from leaves, stalks roots three chemotypes C. obtained by hydrodistillation were analyzes GC-MS. E-anethole, was main component in all plants parts chemotype 1. While phenylpropanoids stragole, eugenol, Z-methyl isoeugenol E-methyl major 2 3, respectively. On TLC compounds showed acetylcholine esterase inhibitory effect.
