摘要: Abstract In vitro synthesis of minor glycohemoglobins was studied by incubating purified hemoglobins C, D, and E with [ 14 C]glucose 6-phosphate. When hemoglobin samples incorporated C] glucose 6-phosphate were subjected to isoelectric focusing, similar components Hb-A (A Ia , A Ib Ic ) detected in the variants studied, most radioactivity recovered from bands.
