摘要: Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis (XGC) is an uncommon lesion which may form a tumor-like mass in inflamed gallbladders. In review of 44 cases there were 40 associated with gallstones had been incarcerated the neck gallbladder, 10 past histories abdominal surgeries, 15 diabetes mellitus, three carcinomas gallbladder and four other organs. Radiologically differential diagnosis cancer XGC was difficult several cases. Thirty five have diagnosed as chronic 7 mistaken for feature contrast enhancement CT that is, detection intramural low density continuously enhanced internal membraneous layer wall. view clinico-pathological findings XGC, lesions appear to result from extravasation bile subsequent xanthogranulomatous reaction under obstructive conditions gallbladder. We conclude not special type but accompanied sometimes seen kind cholecystitis.
