摘要: 3Department of Gastroenterology, International Medical Center Japan, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan. anthogranulomatous inflammation is characterized histologically by clumping foam macrophages and infiltration inflammatory cells [1, 2]. These changes have been found in the gallbladder, kidney, bone, ovary, endometrium, vagina, prostate, lymph node, soft tissue 3]. However, xanthogranulomatous pancreas are extremely rare. We report what we believe to be first case pancreatitis associated with intraductal papillary mucinous tumor (IPMT).
