摘要: The reconfiguration of control software is regarded as an important ability to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in future manufacturing systems. Agent technology considered a promising approach provide abilities, but existing work has been focused mainly on higher layers concerned with production scheduling planning. In this paper, we present automation agent architecture for controlling physical components that integrates “on fly” abilities low-level layer. Our combined ontological representation functionality at high-level layer, which able reason initiate processes modify (LLC). As current systems are mostly based standards principles do not support reconfiguration, leading rigid architectures, base our Standard IEC 61499 LLC, extended by innovative infrastructure. We demonstrate case study process modifies LLC provided component. Thereby, obtain numerous different configurations without increasing LLC's complexity. By applying architecture, only flexibility each component's software, also achieve precondition reconfiguring entire system.
