摘要: Abstract We describe a method for expanding the linear dynamic range multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) in quantitative liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) using additional transitions isotopologues. In addition to regular transition highest possible sensitivity, corresponding less abundant isotopologue ions was utilized. This decreases saturation at ion detector; sensitivity reduction increases upper limit. demonstrated this rat plasma assay candidate flavor compound; increased by an order of magnitude from 3 6000 ng/mL with MRM alone 3–60,000 ng/mL additionally transition.
