摘要: Heart rate variability (HRV) analysis is barely employed in healthcare environments mainly because of the lack standard values determining sympathovagal balance and difficulty to register RR stationary series. Recent studies have proposed use shorter HRV For this work, we a public metabolic syndrome subjects database retrieved during oral glucose tolerance test. In order explore ultra-short measures reliability employ an autoregressive model using Burg method, such that short sequences can be evaluated while maintaining good frequency resolution. RR, SD, rMSSD, LF, HF, LFn LF/HF were computed for different (10 min, 5 1 30 s, 10 s). To evaluate used intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Additionally, compared parameters (LFn, LF/HF) among stages (basal min). Considering min long registers as references, obtained from series present ICC above 0.78 all cases. One 0.70 only temporal both rMSSD. By comparing basal state observed significant increase sympathetic tone (p < 0.05). However, these differences are important general, observe exhibit higher than those spectral ones. Nonetheless, duration below one do not adequate results work.
