摘要: The purpose of this study was intended to evaluate the effects a high intensity interval training (HIIT) program on body composition, cardiac function and aerobic capacity in overweight young women. Sixty female university students (aged 19-20, BMI≥25kg/m2 percentage fat ≥ 30%) were chosen then randomly assigned each HIIT group, moderate continuous (MICT) group non-training control group. subjects both MICT groups underwent exercise five times per week for 12 weeks. In sessions, performed exercises at individualized heart rate (HR) 85% VO2max separated by brief periods low activity (HR 50% VO2max), while did walking and/or jogging HR VO2max. Both these programs produced significant improvements subjects' left ventricular ejection fraction, rest, maximal oxygen uptake ventilatory threshold. However, achieved better results than those as it evaluated amount effect size. not achieve any change all measured variables. tangible our relatively large homogeneous have demonstrated that is an effective measure treatment women who are overweight.
