Differences in eDemocracy parties' eParticipation systems

摘要: eDemocracy political parties are an emerging and radically new form of party that enables citizen participation in the policy-making process using ICTs. This paper compares eParticipation systems four first (Senator On-Line, Knivsta.Now, Aktiv Demokrati Demoex) ontology describes according to 1) stages policy-making, 2) levels engagement, 3) stakeholders, 4) areas, 5) tools 6) technologies. By applying this a great diversity among parties' was discovered. Two overall categories, proxy politician deliberative community systems, created label current variety systems. However, even within these labels there substantial differences several subtypes suggested: individualistic citizen-review delegated-leaders Additionally, multi-channel system may be system.
