摘要: Abstract Initiation of nasopharyngeal-associated lymphoid tissue (NALT) development is independent the programmed cytokine cascade necessary for formation Peyer's patches (PP) and peripheral lymph nodes (PLN), a which consists IL-7R, LTα1β2/LTβR, NIK. However, subsequent organization NALT seems to be controlled by these signaling cascades since maturation structure generally incomplete in those cascade-deficient mice. as well PP PLN are completely absent Id2 −/− organogenesis initiated following adoptive transfer CD3 − CD4 + CD45 cells into mice, constituting direct evidence that inducer can provide an IL-7R-, LTα1β2/LTβR-, NIK-independent pathway secondary development.
