摘要: The unpredictable nature of the clinical illness caused by coronary atherosclerosis makes evaluation therapy this disorder very difficult. Since time interval between onset symptoms and death may vary from a few seconds to over 20 years, it is impossible draw definite conclusions about effect treatment unless large groups patients are studied. While value anticoagulant administration during first weeks after an acute myocardial infarction has been amply demonstrated,1-3there lack agreement as indications for continuing ultimately discontinuing long-term recovery.
