摘要: Abstract At the present study, a new and rapid headspace solvent microextraction (HSME), for extraction pre-concentration of volatile components plant sample into microdrop was applied. The occurred by suspending microliter drop from tip microsyringe to ripen powdered dry fruit (Iranian Pimpinella anisum seed) in sealed vial preset time, then retracted back injected directly GC injection port. chemical composition HSME extracts were confirmed according their retention indexes mass spectra (EI, 70 eV); quantitative analysis performed GC–FID. Parameters such as nature extracting solvent, particle size sample, temperatures volume time studied optimized, method's performance evaluated. optimized conditions were: size, 1 mm; volume, 5 ml (in 15 ml vial); temperature, 60 °C; needle 0 °C; 10 min. Finally, accordingly, percentage trans-anethole (the major compound P. ) relative standard deviation determination (seven-replicated analysis) determined be 90% 3.9%, respectively.
