摘要: Melanoma is generally accepted as being an antigenic tumor capable of eliciting T-cell responses that, however, in most cases are inadequate to control growth. Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) melanoma lesions comprise clonotypic T cells, indicating the situ recognition melanoma-associated peptide epitopes. Cultured TIL have been studied order unveil characteristics and interactions cells. Whether vitro cultured mirrors situation has, questioned. In present study we taken advantage receptor clonotype mapping methodology conduct a full detailed analysis clonotypes corresponding lines established vitro. All cultures comprised high numbers clonotypes, typically range 40 more than 60. The subsequent comparison original demonstrated that very limited number identical expanded situ. These results demonstrate not readily majority
