摘要: In this paper, a convenient and self-assembled hollow fiber solvent-stir bar microextraction (HF-SSBME) device was developed, which could stir by itself. the extraction process, proposed made solvent "bar" not floating at sample solution exposing to air while organic solvents outside always wrapped with donor phase solvent, reduced vaporization of solvents. This design improve precisions recoveries experiments. For evaluating device, seven anabolic steroids (prasterone, 5α-androstane-3α, 17β-diol, methandriol, 19-norandrostenediol, androstenediol, methyltestosterone methandienone) were used as model analytes conditions such type volume solvents, agitation speed, time, temperature salt addition studied in detail. Under optimum (15 μL toluene, 40 °C, stirring 750 rpm for 30 min 1.5 g sodium chloride 20.0 mL phase), linear ranges 0.25-200 ng mL(-1) gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The limits detection lower than 0.10 mL(-1). spiked urine hair samples between 73.97-93.56% 2.18-4.47% (n=5). HF-SSBME method combined intrinsical merits superiority self-stirring can be developed two-phase, three-phase situ derivatization modes wide prospect application. Besides, pedestal converted fix sorptive (SBSE) method.
