摘要: Investigation were conducted on 2 groups, each of 15 broiler chickens. Ochratoxine A(OTA) was given orally, in sunflower oil suspension, daily , for 21 days doses 50 μg/kg g. Control group (of chickens) received only oil, 5 chickens from killed after 7,14 and 21st day the experiment. Gut mucosa samples prevealed duodenum, jejunum caecal tonsils. All prepared paraphin embeding stained with: monoclonal antibody Tcr1, TCR2, CD3 CD8. In duodenum, cryptae lamina propria showed numerous CD3, with nucleus rich euchromatine, 3-4 nucleoli. The enterocytes had a large Progressively age OTA dosis the lipidic droplets axis villi proportion degenerated are increasing and simple epithelium is replaced by stratified epithelium, many immature cells. jejunum, the cryptae propria showed coecal tonsils, after 14 OTA poisoning populated small lymph cells TCR1. Some cells showed nuclear lesions like: cariorhexis, cariolysis other show apoptotic aspects. Into the lymphoid agglomerations some nuclei 4-5 nucleoli were observed
