摘要: Pseudomonads are common causes of nosocomial infections but rarely implicated in perinatal disease. In a retrospective autopsy study we found that 9% all acute congenital bacterial were due to Pseudomonas species. Premature rupture membranes occurred half the cases and clinical maternal amnionitis two-thirds. One case was apparently origin. No known risk factors any other case. Seven infants stillborn two died within few hours. Congenital pneumonia, funisitis, chorioamnionitis at autopsy. Intrauterine infection pseudomonads poses serious problem has not been previously recognized.
