摘要: The author reviews the recent advances in treatment of Mediterranean Spotted Fever and Q fever. In mediterranean spotted fever (M.S.F.), vitro preliminary vivo data support place quinolones josamycin M.S.F. children could become first choice drug as well pregnant woman. chronic disease should be treated using a combination antibiotic (doxycycline + quinolones) for minimum 3 years.
