摘要: Despite increased representation in correctional work settings, women still encounter obstacles this male-dominated occupation—obstacles that have the potential to affect their levels of job stress and satisfaction. Although gender-based differences satisfaction been analyzed several prison much less has conducted often neglected arena jails.
