摘要: Conversion of somatic cells to pluripotency by defined factors is a long and complex process that yields embryonic-stem-cell-like vary in their developmental potential. To improve the quality resulting induced pluripotent stem (iPSCs), which important for potential therapeutic applications, address fundamental questions about control cell identity, molecular mechanisms reprogramming must be understood. Here we discuss recent discoveries regarding role remodelling genome, including new insights into function MYC, describe different phases, markers emerging models reprogramming.
