摘要: To the Editor CD200 has become an essential marker for study of low-grade lymphoproliferative disorders by flow cytometry (FC) because its high discriminative power between chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). However, behavior in high-grade lymphomas remains unknown. Thus, we read with interest recently published article Challagundla et al,1 which they examine CD200 505 samples, both healthy individuals patients disorders, including 52 cases diffuse large B-cell (DLBCL) six Burkitt (BL). Also very interestingly, previously unreported, al1 found that CLL, while always positive, was dimmer those trisomy 12. In this setting, report our experience regarding expression FC CLL as well CLL-phenotype monoclonal lymphocytosis (MBL), emphasis on their cytogenetic aberrations. From November 2012 onward, have used (clone MRC-OX104; Becton Dickinson) part basic antibody panel disorders. From date until December 2014, studied 44 samples suggestive (34 lymph node biopsy specimens, three fine-needle aspirations, cavity exudates, peripheral blood, one bone marrow), 36 been confirmed histologic tissue examination according to World Health Organization …
