摘要: It is well documented that the halogenated methane derivatives CCl4 and to a lesser extent CHCl3, therefore also anesthetic chloroform, which was used until into sixties, are hepatotoxic [10]. There good reason suspect halothane might occasionally cause liver reactions leading lethal hepatic necrosis [5].
