摘要: Exposure of triiodothyronine (T3)-pretreated rats to 1.3% isoflurane, 1.8% enflurane, or 1% halothane in 21% oxygen (air) for two hours resulted hepatic centrilobular necrosis. The incidence the liver lesion was 28, 24, and 92% after exposure halothane, respectively. Histopathologic grading indicated that necrosis more severe than isoflurane enflurane anesthesia. No observed livers prepared from non-anesthetized T3-pretreated which were pretreated with vehicle T3 then anesthetized either halothane. Hepatic not vehicle-treated exposed 12% deprived food 12 prior under hypoxic conditions. Food restriction maintain body weight gain similar T3-treated did result hepatotoxicity oxygen. Liver occur pentobarbital (40 mg/kg, intraperitoneally) rats. These results indicate like can induce mechanism toxicity these volatile anesthetic agents this model remains be determined.
