摘要: The response of anther culture to temperature was studied in detail using many varieties, F1 hybrids and pollen-derived lines wheat (Triticum aestivum) as materials. suitable for inducing pollen callus (or embryoids) ranged from 26 °C 30 °C, varying with genotypes. But the great majority genotypes temperatures lay between 28 30°C. most significant genotypic variation observed comparison at 33 eight days followed by 25 °C) continuous °C). This is a heritable character which may be controlled multiple genes. effect similar to, or some cases, better than that 32 °C. In range overwhelming calli emerged before 40th day after inoculation, higher temperature, earlier more concentrated emerging period callus. obtained high above should transferred time onto regeneration medium 25°–27°C induce shoots.
