摘要: The water relations of one isolate each 26 Penicillium species was studied at 25 °C. Eight isolates were grown on media with activity (aw) controlled by NaCl, glycerol or a glucose/fructose mixture. As the differences in effects caused various solutes slight, other eighteen based only. Minimum activities permitting germination differed widely, from 0.90 for P. digitatum (Pers. ex Fr.) Sacc. and funiculosum Thorn to 0.78 brevicompactum Dierckx, implicatum Biourge, janczewskii Zaleski phoeniceum van Beyma. Data influence radial growth are also provided.
