摘要: The case of a patient with repeated attacks collapse induced by sublingual isosorbide dinitrate is reported. was an 81 year-old female who admitted to Yura Hospital because precordial pain. Several minutes after the administration (10 mg) for anginal attack, she developed sensation general weakness, and thereafter unconscious. Arterial blood pressure fell became unmeasurable. Electrocardiograms recorded during syncopal attack showed sinus tachycardia significant elevation ST-segment in right leads. In response drip infusion noradrenaline, arterial returned normal recovery consciousness. Two similar occurred next three days. These were not due augmentation vagal reflex. Decrease venous return probably primary etiological factor.
