摘要: For the production of extracellular lipase by Alcaligenes species No. 679, NaNO3, polyoxy-ethylene alkyl ether, Fe + +, sodium citrate and fructose were found to be effective. The enzyme was prepared acetone precipitation from filtrate culture broth this strain. most active at pH 9.0 50°C, while 35% its activity lost on heat treatment 60°C for l0min. Sodium salts bile acids stimulated activity. This could hydrolyse natural fats oils as well olive oil. During hydrolysis oil, monoglyceride accumulate up 70 mol percent. possesses special properties similar those pancreatic shown in comparative experiments.
