摘要: Commercial lipases were examined for their degradation efficiency of aliphatic polyester films. In 100 days immersion films in lipase solutions at37 °C at pH 7.0,Lipase Asahi derived from Chromobacterium viscosum degraded polybutylene succinate-co-adipate (PBSA), poly (e-caprolactone) (PCL) and succinate (PBS), Lipase F Rhizopus niveus PBSA PCL during 4–17 days. F-AP15 fromRhizopus orizae could degrade 22 these cases, PBS mainly to dimers, whereas was monomers. Only poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHB/V) (L-lactide) (PLA) not the experiments.
