摘要: This paper describes the background, objectives and methods of my doctoral research concerned with support initiation collaboration help information communication technologies. The is based on assumption that providing more about potential partners would lead to better-grounded decisions collaboration. purpose this also utilize Open Research. To address these aims, I suggest design creation an ePortfolio will aggregate from Internet, particularly Web 2.0 applications.
