摘要: Objective To summarize the clinical experiences with single-port (SP) robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) reported in literature and to describe peri-operative short-term outcomes of this procedure. Material methods A systematic review was performed December 2019 using Medline (via PubMed), Embase Ovid), Cochrane databases, Scopus Web Science (PROSPERO registry number 164129). All studies that intra- data on SP-RARP were included. Cadaveric series perineal or partial excluded. Results The pooled mean operating time, estimated blood loss, length hospital stay catheterization time 190.55 min, 198.4 mL, 1.86 days 8.21 days, respectively. lymph nodes removed 8.33, rate positive surgical margins 33%. minor complication 15%. Only one urinary leakage major (transient ischaemic attack) recorded. Regarding functional outcomes, continence potency rates at 12 weeks 55% 42%, Conclusions present analysis confirms is safe feasible. This novel robotic platform resulted similar intra-operative those obtained standard multiport da Vinci system. advantages single incision can be translated into a preservation patient's body image self-esteem cosmesis, which have great impact quality life.
