摘要: The benchmarking analysis of organizational learning capability considers a set criteria: clarity purposes and mission, leadership commitment empowerment, experimentation rewards, transfer knowledge, teamwork group problem solving, etc. For this reason it assumes the configuration multicriteria analysis. In traditional is solved throughout construction synthetic indicator obtained by averaging all scores assigned to an organization on different criteria. This methodology presents many theoretical empirical disadvantages. paper illustrates advantages, in terms greater flexibility realism, connected application founded notion outranking. fact, such solves without using rule adopted approach.
