摘要: The benchmarking analysis of organizational learning capability considers a set criteria: clarity purposes and mission, leadership commitment empowerment, experimentation rewards, transfer knowledge, teamwork group problem solving, etc. For this reason it assumes the configuration multicriteria analysis.
