摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to benchmark leadership practices for helping companies develop systems and process become a learning organization.Design/methodology/approach data are collected from 331 software professionals an Indian firm using questionnaire survey method. analyzed SPSS 15.0 version.Findings results indicate that consulting as well delegating styles positively but directive supportive negatively related with the processes organizational (OL). findings study also depict style significantly impact OL.Research limitations/implications research does not sample respondents across organizations future studies may investigate further.
