摘要: A B S T R C Objective: The purpose of the present study was to provide a structural equation model organizational learning based on leadership style in universities. Background:The population research included all employees Islamic Azad University (Roudehen, Damavand, Pardis, and Bomehen branches educational centers) Iran. 559 were selected using stratified cluster random sampling methods. instruments as follows: Bass Avolio's (1996) questionnaire which consisted 41 items with two underlying constructs transformational transactional Cronbach Alpha 0.93; Watkins Marsick's (1997) 43 three individual level, group level Cronbach's 0.97. Results: results path analysis LISREL software indicated that dimensions had direct effect indices 0.92. Conclusion: also showed factor highest learning. It concluded proposed full fit.
