摘要: Purpose – The correlation between organizational unit managers’ leadership styles and the level of learning in their units was tested.Design/methodology/approach A positive hypothesized transformational as manifested by mechanisms OLMs (the structural component) values cultural component). research conducted at 44 community clinics a health‐care organization Israel.Findings findings attested to central role leaders determining effectiveness learning. theoretical, methodological, practical implications are discussed.Originality/value Suggests that, addition separating sources reporting, increasing number measures, future studies should also extend different kinds organizations, addressing purposes, environments, work forces...
