摘要: HLA-G is an immunomodulatory molecule that can be produced by epithelial cells. Considering TNF and IL-10 participate in bowel inflammatory disorders both cytokines modulate HLA-G, we evaluated mRNA expression qPCR protein levels immunohistochemistry two intestinal samples exhibiting different degree of inflammation within a patient suffering from Crohn's disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC). Tissue HLA-G5 (P < 0.0001), = 0.0004) 0.0169) were higher areas intense compared to low inflammation, not associated with mucosal inflammation. In CD, the was correlated inflamed areas, TNF:IL-10 ratio 3, but increased 9-folds. UC, IL-10, irrespective grade, little variation various areas. mild Both CD UC exhibited gene HLA-G; differentially depending on type underlying disorder.
